The OpenMAX Integration Layer tts Rendering Library and piespeakup
The table below contains links to the files necessary to build and install the OpenMAX (OMX) integration layer library and the associated fork of espeakup, which I have called piespeakup.
This code was used to solve the stuttering tts problem which existed between April 2013 and some time in 2018.
